Technician

The Technician is responsible for performing technical tasks, repairs, troubleshooting, and maintenance of equipment, systems, or infrastructure. The role involves hands-on work, inspections, documentation, and support for operations to ensure smooth functioning of machinery or systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine maintenance and inspections of equipment, systems, or infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, or technical faults as needed.
• Install, test, and calibrate equipment and machinery according to specifications.
• Record maintenance activities, repair logs, and parts usage accurately.
• Ensure tools, instruments, and equipment are properly maintained and calibrated.
• Adhere to health and safety protocols and company SOPs during all work.
• Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, or other technicians for complex tasks.
• Provide technical support during equipment upgrades, modifications, or installations.
• Respond quickly to breakdowns or service requests to minimize downtime.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:

Education:

• ITI, Diploma, or Certificate in a relevant technical field (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, HVAC, IT, etc.)

Experience:

• 0–3 years of experience in a technical or maintenance role (freshers with strong fundamentals may be considered).

Skills:

• Basic technical knowledge of relevant tools and systems.
• Ability to read technical manuals, diagrams, or schematics.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, or on-call, if required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
