Technical Writer

We are seeking a skilled Technical Writer to create clear, user-focused documentation for complex SaaS and enterprise automation solutions. You will translate technical workflows, integrations, and APIs into easy-to-understand guides, manuals, and release notes.

CTC offered: Upto 30 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce and maintain high-quality technical documentation for SaaS/enterprise products.
• Translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly content.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
• Ensure documentation reflects the latest product updates and best practices.
• Leverage tools like MadCap Flare, Markdown, Git, Confluence, Jira, and Swagger.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of technical writing experience for B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
• Familiarity with APIs, Python scripting, Docker, SAP, or cloud-based services.
• Experience with Docs-as-Code workflows and version control systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
