Technical Writer

In this role at Pall Corporation, you will have the opportunity to work in a multi-tasking, multi-national environment to prepare Technical Operation and Maintenance Manual for Food and Beverage Filtration Systems. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the right technical inputs are included in the Operation & Maintenance Manual, coordinating with the Technical Project lead, working with language translator suppliers for O&M translation in different languages, delivering technical documentation to customers according to specifications, ensuring documents are printed as per guidelines, supporting the Project manager, SAP WBS set-up, and acting as a Document Controller. The essential requirements for this job include a B.E/B.Tech degree in Food & Beverage, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering, along with 3-4 years of experience in technical writing in the Food & Beverage, Pharma, or relevant industry. You should be proficient in using MS Office tools like Word, Excel, PDF, and PowerPoint, have knowledge of SAP MM module, be familiar with using Autodesk Vault or a similar document management system, possess the ability to communicate effectively on complex technical/engineering information with internal stakeholders, vendors, and customers, and have good communication skills in English. Additionally, it would be beneficial if you have previous experience working as a Document Controller in an Engineering Consultancy firm.
