Technical Writer

We are looking for a detail-oriented Technical Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating clear, concise, and accurate documentation that simplifies complex technical concepts for various audiences including end users, developers, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain user manuals, product documentation, API guides, and SOPs.
• Collaborate with developers, engineers, product managers, and QA teams to gather technical information.
• Write clear and engaging content that meets project goals and audience needs.
• Maintain documentation templates and style guides to ensure consistency.
• Edit and proofread content for clarity, grammar, and structure.
• Convert technical jargon into easily understandable language.
• Participate in product testing to better understand functionality and document accurately.

Required Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong grasp of technical concepts, tools, and software.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Docs, and documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, MadCap Flare, or similar).
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git, GitHub).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with content management systems (CMS), Markdown, and basic HTML/CSS.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology.

Bonus Skills (Good to Have):

• Experience writing for software products, APIs, or developer documentation.
• Basic understanding of UI/UX principles.
• Familiarity with tools like Figma or Jira.
