Technical Writer Intern

You will be joining SmartKargo's Pune team as a Technical Writing Intern where you will assist in creating, editing, and maintaining high-quality documentation to enhance user experience. You will collaborate with product development, engineering, and customer support teams to ensure technical content is accurate, clear, and user-friendly. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in creating and updating product documentation such as user manuals, online help, release notes, and technical guides. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and ensure content accuracy. - Write clear, concise, and structured content tailored to the target audience. - Review and edit existing documentation to enhance readability and usability. - Ensure documentation aligns with company standards and style guidelines. - Support documentation projects, meet deadlines, and participate in improving processes and best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, Computer Science, or related field. - Strong written and spoken communication skills in English. - Attention to detail and ability to simplify complex technical concepts. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Familiarity with documentation tools and content management systems is a plus. - Basic understanding of cloud-based solutions, eCommerce, or air cargo operations is a plus. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Proficiency in written and spoken English. You will receive a monthly stipend as per company policy, a Certificate of Internship upon successful completion, and have the opportunity for full-time placement based on performance.
