You will collaborate with product development, engineering, and customer support teams to ensure technical content is accurate, clear, and user-friendly. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in creating and updating product documentation such as user manuals, online help, release notes, and technical guides. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and ensure content accuracy. - Write clear, concise, and structured content tailored to the target audience. - Review and edit existing documentation to enhance readability and usability. - Ensure documentation aligns with company standards and style guidelines. - Support documentation projects, meet deadlines, and participate in improving processes and best practices.
