Reporting To: Ecommerce Process Lead Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Ecommerce Support Intern to assist our ecommerce operations and customer support team. This internship offers hands-on experience in managing online platforms, resolving customer queries, and supporting backend operations to ensure a seamless shopping experience. Key Responsibilities: · Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone. · Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely deliveries. · Help analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements. · Assist in resolving product or service-related issues. · Document customer interactions and feedback accurately. · Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues. · Maintain accurate records and documentation of support activities. Required Skills & Qualifications: · Pursuing a degree in Business, or related field. · Basic understanding of ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, Amazon, Flipkart). · Familiarity with MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools. · Strong communication and problem-solving skills. · Attention to detail and ability to multitask. · Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
