Job Description


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop clear, concise, and visually engaging learning materials, including:
  1. One-pagers, guides, and process documents
  2. Job aids, quick reference sheets, and checklists
  3. Activities, assessments, and other supporting materials for L&D programs.
  • Collaborate with L&D team members to ensure content aligns with adult learning principles, design standards, and course objectives.
  • Write and edit sales-focused training documents, such as playbooks, process maps, sales workflows, and client communication guides.
  • Apply instructional and visual design best practices to improve readability, structure, and learner engagement.
  • Translate technical or process-heavy content (e.g., systems, ATS, HRIS, or workflow tools) into learner-friendly language.
  • Maintain content consistency across all L&D and sales documentation, ensuring tone, branding, and formatting align with company standards.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to gather information and validate accuracy.
  • Support content management and organization within our systems.

Qualifications Required:

  • 3-5 years of experience in technical writing, instructional content development, or a related role.
  • Strong writing, editing, and formatting skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Experience creating learning documents or training collateral (manuals, guides, assessments, etc.)
  • Understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design principles (e.g., Blooms Taxonomy, Gagns Nine Events)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and/or content authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Snagit, Canva)
  • Ability to distill complex concepts into simple, learner-friendly visuals and text .

Preferred:

  • Experience in a sales or staffing industry environment
  • Familiarity with sales enablement or playbook development
  • Working knowledge of graphic design, layout, or visual communication principles
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams on enterprise-level training initiatives
