Technical Writer

As a Content Creator at Gegnat Yards, you will be responsible for creating animated videos, motion graphics, and explainer content for internal processes, policies, and system modules. Your key responsibilities will include: - Creating animated videos, motion graphics, and explainer content for internal processes, policies, and system modules. - Converting process documents, Zoho module details, and SOPs into clear and engaging visual content. - Handling complete video creation, including scriptwriting, storyboarding, animation, and editing. - Using AI tools to generate visuals, graphics, voiceovers, and sound elements. - Delivering final videos that are clear, accurate, and high quality. - Developing visual flows and storyboards for each video. - Maintaining consistent branding and design standards. - Enhancing existing videos for better clarity and engagement. - Collaborating with HR teams, Zoho implementation teams, and subject matter experts to understand processes. - Validating accuracy of content before finalization. - Delivering videos within deadlines while maintaining quality standards. - Suggesting creative approaches to visualizing processes and tools. - Maintaining proper documentation and file management. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Animation, Multimedia Design, Communication, or related field. - Proven experience in creating animated explainer videos or motion graphics (HR or business process videos preferred). - Proficiency in tools such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, Blender, Vyond, or similar. - Strong understanding of storyboarding, visual design, and video editing principles. - Ability to translate complex HR concepts into clear, engaging visuals. - Good communication skills and attention to detail. - Basic understanding of HR processes or willingness to learn HR workflows quickly. - Experience with L&D content creation or corporate training videos. - Knowledge of voiceover editing and sound design.
