Technical Writer

You will be responsible for writing content targeted towards a US-based audience. You will collaborate with US-based stakeholders and receive guidance from the Content Strategy Head to set content standards. Your role will involve identifying content needs, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring timely delivery while optimizing costs. - Create content following set standards for clarity, conciseness, style, and terminology aimed at the US audience. - Actively participate and contribute in team meetings. - Visualize information through drawings, charts, and flow diagrams to illustrate product features effectively. - Stay updated on the latest industry trends and integrate them with organizational requirements. - Engage with stakeholders to ensure efficient execution of content projects. - Coordinate with content teams and stakeholders across different geographical locations. - Collect feedback on content, identify areas for improvement, prioritize suggestions, and implement enhancements. - Develop expertise in specific areas through interactive learning and apply this knowledge to independently create content.
