Technical Writer (Wiki Specialist for algoQA) Projects 3-4 Years Full Time Bangalore Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Technical Writer to create, organize, and maintain a comprehensive Wiki for algoQA , our cutting-edge test automation platform. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in technical writing, preferably in the software testing or test automation domain. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain a well-structured Wiki to document algoQA features, workflows, and best practices. Collaborate with product engineering, QA and Customer Success teams to gather insights and ensure accurate, up-to-date documentation. Simplify complex technical concepts into user-friendly content. Write tutorials, FAQs, release notes, and integration guides. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in technical writing for software products, ideally in testing or automation tools. Strong understanding of SDLC and QA processes. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Familiarity with Wiki tools like Confluence or similar platforms.
