Create and maintain user manuals, installation guides, API docs, and release notes. Translate complex technical information into simple, accessible content for diverse audiences. Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to gather inputs. Update and revise documentation based on product changes and user feedback. Manage multiple documentation projects, ensuring deadlines are met. Support learning technology tools (e.g., Docebo, Easy Generator) for training initiatives. Ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to documentation standards. Occasionally travel for training or documentation needs.
