Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to gather accurate technical information. Translate complex technical concepts into simple, user-friendly content for internal teams and end-users. Ensure all documentation complies with company standards, is up to date, and reflects latest product changes. Manage multiple documentation projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and ensuring consistency. Conduct regular reviews, edits, and updates to improve clarity, structure, and completeness of content. Oversee implementation and use of learning technologies like Docebo and Easy Generator. Create and deliver training materials for internal teams and customers as needed. Maintain searchable, online documentation repositories for easy access and navigation. Occasionally travel to gather on-site inputs or deliver in-person training sessions.
