Job Description: Role Overview: You will be joining ABOXLAB IT SOLUTIONS as a full-time on-site Technical Writer. Your primary responsibility will involve creating technical documentation, manuals, and communication materials. Your role will require you to translate complex technical information into clear and concise documents. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize your Technical Communication, Technical Documentation, and Technical Writing skills to create high-quality documentation. - Apply your 2-3 years of experience in creating technical documentation and manuals to produce effective materials. - Prior experience with ERP/CRM products will be crucial for this role. - Be prepared to take on various roles such as Software Analyst/Technical Writer as needed. - Demonstrate proficiency in software documentation tools. - Possess a Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Computer Science, or a related field.
