Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Gather information from team meetings, product specifications, interviews with subject-matter experts, and direct interaction with systems.
Create DITA XML-based documentation for early access and initial GA versions of the product.
Maintain and update product documentation as the product changes.
Gather and address feedback from multiple sources.
Work independently and rapidly to meet tight deadlines.

What You Will Bring

Substantial experience with creating DITA XML-based documentation
Ability to comply with style guidelines
Excellent writing and grammar skills
Ability to communicate with cross-functional partners located in multiple teams and different geos
BS or BA in technical/professional communication, English, computer science, electrical, or equivalent experience
5+ years documenting software products
Some experience with UNIX/Linux, storage, virtualization, and/or networking
Familiarity with APIs
