Technical Writer

Position Title: Technical Writer (Virtual Manufacturing)

Primary Responsibilities:- Position will focus on realizing results through-

• Understanding of process plan/assembly sequence creation for a module
  
• Generate the Work instructions based on process planning created by engineers.
  
• Create issues related to sequence if any
  
• Report the progress of all the assigned projects to the Virtual manufacturing team and will be accountable for delivering quality output within speculated time
  
• Collaborate with Virtual Manufacturing team in addressing the identified issues
  
• Understand and implement the best practices for documenting the work instructions
  

Eligibility Criteria:- Diploma in Mechanical/Industrial/Production Engineering with minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience or Bachelors in mechanical/industrial/production engineering with minimum2-5 years of relevant experience.

Mandatory skills and experience required to perform the job: • Experience in creating Operation Method Sheets or Work instructions • Good working knowledge of MS PowerPoint • Exposure to one or more areas of Design, Manufacturing, Process, and/or Industrial Engineering as well as the assembly, manufacturing, and/or operations environment required

Desirable Skill: • Knowledge of Semiconductor equipment and its manufacturing processes. • Can interpret written specification or requirements • Proficiency working in Delmia (3DExperience preferred) or any other virtual/digital manufacturing software • Good working experience in DFMA assessment, ergonomic simulation, and reachability/accessibility studies for assembly process • Excellent communication (written & verbal) & presentation skills • Exposure to problem solving methodologies has context menu
