Role Summary:

Java, C Programming, and Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging classroom and lab sessions for college students on Java, C, and DSA.
• Design course plans, practical exercises, coding challenges, and mock tests tailored for students.
• Focus on placement-oriented training – covering aptitude in problem-solving, coding skills, and interview preparation.
• Provide hands-on coding practice, real-time problem-solving sessions, and doubt clarification.
• Mentor students on best coding practices, time management in coding rounds, and competitive programming basics.
• Evaluate student progress through tests, assignments, and projects; share feedback for improvement.
• Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate relevant topics in training (like coding rounds used by IT companies).
• Coordinate with college placement teams to align training with campus recruitment requirements.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline (Master’s preferred).
• Proven experience in training or mentoring college students in programming subjects.
• Strong knowledge of programming fundamentals, OOPs concepts, data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving.
• Excellent communication, classroom management, and student engagement skills.
• Ability to simplify complex topics for students at different learning levels.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in preparing students for campus placements and coding tests.
• Exposure to competitive coding platforms (HackerRank, CodeChef, LeetCode, etc.).
• Ability to motivate students to participate in hackathons and coding contests.
• Familiarity with online teaching tools, coding IDEs, and LMS platforms.
