Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Trainer at EKALASAALA in

Hyderabad. The Technical Trainer will be responsible for conducting technical

training sessions, developing training materials, and evaluating the effectiveness of

training programs.

Qualifications

 Technical Trainers and Technical Training skills

 Training & Development and Training skills

 Strong communication skills

 Experience in creating training materials

 Ability to assess training effectiveness

 Knowledge of instructional design principles

 Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

 It’s a Recording sessions

 Ability to assess training needs and customize training content

 Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Education, etc.)

 Certifications in Technical IT Training or related fields are a plus
