Job Description

Technical Trainer

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality training sessions on
DSA concepts, algorithms, problem-solving, and Java programming
.
Design and update course materials, assignments, coding problems, and assessments.
Train students for
interviews, coding tests, and competitive programming
.
Conduct hands-on coding labs on platforms like LeetCode, HackerRank, CodeStudio, etc.
Evaluate learner performance and provide constructive feedback.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices.
Support students with doubt-solving and project guidance.

Skills & Qualifications

Strong command over
Java
, OOPs, DSA, Multithreading, Collections, and Java frameworks (optional).
Excellent understanding of algorithms, time–space complexity, problem-solving, and coding patterns.
Prior teaching/training or mentoring experience preferred.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field (preferred).
