Role: Technical Trainer Experience: Preferably candidates who passed out before 2021 Location: Hyderabad Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹60,000 per month About the Role: We are looking for an experienced and passionate Technical Trainer who can train engineering students from scratch and make them industry-ready. The trainer will handle classroom sessions, mentor students, create training materials, and support them until they get placed Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality training sessions (online/offline) on core technical skills. Design curriculum, assignments, assessments, and real-world projects. Mentor and guide students throughout their learning journey. Track student progress and provide personalized feedback. Support placement activities with mock interviews and resume feedback. Coordinate with internal teams and maintain training quality. Ensure exceptional student experience and high learning outcomes. Required Skills Strong expertise in any one or more: C, C++, Java, Python, Data Structures, Web Development, AIML, Cloud, or Testing. Excellent communication and classroom-handling skills. Prior experience in training/teaching is highly preferred. Ability to explain concepts in a simplified and structured manner. Eligibility Graduates who passed out before 2021.
