Vikas Educational Institutions, Vijayawada is seeking dynamic and experienced Technical Trainers who have expertise in one or more of the following technologies:

• Cloud Platforms: AWS Cloud Foundations, Microsoft Azure, IBM Cloud Services
• Salesforce: Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Developer
• Robotic Process Automation: UiPath Robotic Process Automation
• Artificial Intelligence (AI) & Machine Learning (ML): AWS Machine Learning, NVIDIA AI Tools, IBM AI Services
• Data Science & Analytics: Data Science, Tableau, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric
• Programming & Development: Full Stack Development, Web Technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA)
• MathWorks Tools: MATLAB, Simulink
• Creative Technologies: Gaming, Animation
• Digital Marketing

As a Technical Trainer, you will deliver engaging, hands-on training to students and professionals, helping them build strong foundational and advanced skills in their respective technology domains. You will play a crucial role in shaping the learning experience, making complex technical concepts understandable, and empowering learners to succeed in today’s rapidly evolving tech landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver high-quality training sessions, both theoretical and practical, across the above-listed technologies.
• Develop training materials, modules, and practical lab exercises tailored to the learning needs of diverse audiences.
• Provide one-on-one or group mentoring to students, helping them overcome challenges and enhance their understanding of complex topics.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in the industry to ensure training content is current and relevant.
• Collaborate with academic and industry experts to create an innovative and impactful learning environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Extensive expertise in one or more of the mentioned technologies.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for learners of various levels.
• Experience in delivering training, workshops, or mentoring programs is highly desirable.
• Passion for teaching and empowering others to succeed in their careers.
• Ability to manage training sessions, both classroom-based and hands-on, to ensure students grasp concepts effectively.
