Technical Trainer

Job Profile:

The Technical Trainer position owns the responsibility of successfully running the training programs for the engineers at ITBD. They will devise technical training programs as per the organizations requirements.

Eligibility

• A bachelors or associate degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field • 5 years of proven experience as a Technical Trainer, training specialist, or a similar role

• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite

• Experience training L1/L2/L3 Engineers • Professional technical training certification such as MCT is preferred.

• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.

Requirement

• Knowledge of modern training techniques and tools in technical subjects

• Experience in designing technical course content

• Ability to address training needs with complete courses

• Great communication and interpersonal skills
