Technical Trainer

🚀 We’re Hiring | Technical Trainers (Part-Time)

LaMiCons (India’s leading start-up in EdTech Consulting) is looking for experienced Technical Trainers who are passionate about teaching and mentoring college students.

We are inviting trainers with 3+ years of experience to conduct an industry-focused training program for college students in Punjab.

📍 Location: Punjab

📘 Training Plan

Phase 1: Offline Training (140 Hours)

📅 15 January – 27 February

⏱ Daily commitment: 4–6 hours

Phase 2: Online + Offline (70 Hours)

📅 Starting from 1 March onwards

⏱ Weekly commitment: 6 hours

🏫 Includes 1 week of offline engagement

💼 Trainer Responsibilities

• Deliver structured, hands-on technical training sessions as per the defined curriculum
• Explain core concepts using practical examples and real-world industry use cases
• Guide students through problem-solving, assignments, and live projects
• Support learners in building end-to-end projects and cloud deployment
• Monitor student progress and provide regular, constructive feedback
• Maintain engagement and ensure effective learning outcomes
• Collaborate with the LaMiCons academic and program teams to align training objectives

💻 Available Tech Stacks

Trainers should have strong expertise in one or more of the following:

• Core Java + Java Full Stack + Cloud Deployment of Project
• Python + Python Full Stack + Cloud Computing + Cloud Deployment of Project
• MERN Stack + DevOps + Cloud Computing + Cloud Deployment of Project
• .NET + DSA / DevOps + Cloud Computing + Cloud Deployment of Project
• C++ + DSA + Software Testing
• DSA + Software Testing + Cloud Computing
• Competitive Programming + DevOps

🎯 Who Should Apply

• 3+ years of industry and/or technical training experience
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and structured manner
• Passion for teaching and mentoring college students
