Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Technical Trainer to join our Learning and Development team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 6 years of experience in coordinating or imparting technical training, preferably from an IT Services, Software company or Technical Training Institute. Candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of training methodologies, instructional design and adult learning principles. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of collaborating with business units/ technology leads to assess training needs, designing, and delivering effective training programs, and measuring training effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Design and develop comprehensive, role-specific training curricula for both interns and lateral hires.
• Deliver technical training sessions (online and/or offline) for various teams, including bench resources.
• Use interactive, hands-on methods such as coding challenges, case studies, and mini-projects.
• Conceptualize and manage internal technical projects as part of training, following project management principles.
• Assign roles, set timelines, track progress, and ensure delivery to simulate real project environments.
• Provide mentorship and guidance throughout the lifecycle of these internal projects.
