Technical Trainer (Noida)
Role: Co-create and deliver technical training programs for bodyshop manpower at dealerships, overseas distributors, and fleet owners to enhance customer experience and ensure high-quality vehicle repairs.
Key Responsibilities:
Train personnel on body repair, paint techniques, crash repair, dent and collision repair processes
Conduct on-the-job training using welding equipment and paint application tools
Build manpower capabilities for effective and efficient vehicle bodyshop operations
Collaborate with teams to ensure training content aligns with latest repair standards and technologies
Monitor training outcomes to ensure improved quality of repairs and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
B.Tech in Mechanical, Automobile, or related engineering discipline
Strong knowledge of automotive body repair, paint techniques, and collision repair processes
Experience in training delivery and developing technical skills in manpower
Location: Noida
