Purpose of the Position (Job Summary)

To impart in-depth knowledge and skills to employees and partners, particularly in the areas of installation, quality inspection, sales, and services

Key Individual Accountabilities :

  • Training Program Development

    : Develop comprehensive training programs aligned with the company's strategic objectives, ensuring that employees and partners are equipped with the latest knowledge and skills.
  • Quality Control Training:

    Contribute to quality standards by ensuring that personnel are proficient in quality inspection, minimizing defects and ensuring product excellence.

    Assess the efficiency of developing training programs, including content creation, delivery methods, and evaluation measures. KnowledgeTransfer: Evaluate the ability to effectively transfer technical knowledge and skills to trainees, ensuring they can apply these skills in their roles.

    Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, measuring the integration of the latest knowledge into training programs.
  • Client and Partner Satisfaction:

    Gather feedback from clients and partners on the performance of trained employees, ensuring that they meet or exceed expectations.

    Assess the impact of training on employee and partner performance, quantifying improvements in quality, sales, and service.
