Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality training sessions on

  DSA concepts, algorithms, problem-solving, and Java programming

  .
• Design and update course materials, assignments, coding problems, and assessments.
• Train students for

  interviews, coding tests, and competitive programming

  .
• Conduct hands-on coding labs on platforms like LeetCode, HackerRank, CodeStudio, etc.
• Evaluate learner performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices.
• Support students with doubt-solving and project guidance.
  

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong command over

  Java

  , OOPs, DSA, Multithreading, Collections, and Java frameworks (optional).
• Excellent understanding of algorithms, timespace complexity, problem-solving, and coding patterns.
• Prior teaching/training or mentoring experience preferred.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field (preferred).
