Technical Trainer

As a Technical Trainer, your role involves educating individuals in a technological field to enhance their professional skills. You will be responsible for designing and developing training programs, staying updated with industry trends, conducting training sessions, providing mentorship, administering assessments, and offering technical support. Your goal is to contribute to the development of individuals" technical/IT skills to meet organizational needs. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop training materials, courses, and modules to meet learning objectives - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies - Conduct training sessions, lectures, workshops, and practical exercises - Provide one-on-one guidance and mentorship to interns - Develop and administer assessments and quizzes - Offer constructive feedback and address technical issues faced by interns - Enforce discipline and rules to create a productive learning atmosphere - Monitor and track intern progress, identifying areas for improvement - Maintain clear communication with interns, answering questions and concerns - Keep accurate records of training sessions, attendance, and assessment results - Encourage professional development and help interns set career goals - Ensure training activities comply with company policies and data security standards Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2-3 years of technical training experience in the IT industry - Training experience in React JS, HTML, CSS, Mern, Java, PHP, Java Full stack - B Tech/Technical background - Knowledge of modern training techniques and tools in technical subjects - Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint - Outstanding communication skills and ability to speak to crowds - Excellent organizational and time-management abilities - Degree in a relevant technical field - Certification such as CTT+ (Certified Technical Trainer) is a strong asset Please note the additional details of the company were not provided in the job description.,
