Technical Trainer

As a Technical Trainer, your primary responsibility will be to design and deliver engaging technical training programs in areas such as web development, software engineering, cloud computing, or data analytics. You will collaborate closely with subject matter experts to update curriculum and hands-on project content. It will be essential to assess learners" progress through assignments, quizzes, and practical evaluations, and provide one-on-one mentorship or support when needed. Staying up to date with current technology trends and certifications is a key part of this role. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or possess equivalent experience. Strong knowledge in technologies like JavaScript, Python, Java, SQL, Git, etc., is required. Prior experience in teaching/training or instructional design would be a plus. In addition, excellent communication and presentation skills, along with patience, empathy, and a passion for teaching, are essential attributes for this role. As a Soft Skills Trainer, you will be responsible for conducting workshops and training sessions on communication, leadership, time management, and workplace ethics. You will develop interactive modules, activities, and role-play exercises to ensure learner engagement, evaluate participants" soft skills, and provide constructive feedback. Collaboration with HR and training teams to customize sessions based on organizational needs will also be part of your duties. To qualify for this role, you should be a graduate in any discipline, preferably with a background in Psychology, HR, or Communication. Having 0-2 years of experience in corporate or academic soft skills training is preferred. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are a must, along with the ability to handle diverse groups of learners and adapt your delivery style accordingly. Certification in behavioral training or facilitation would be considered advantageous for this position.,
