Strong knowledge in technologies like JavaScript, Python, Java, SQL, Git, etc., is required. Prior experience in teaching/training or instructional design would be a plus. In addition, excellent communication and presentation skills, along with patience, empathy, and a passion for teaching, are essential attributes for this role. As a Soft Skills Trainer, you will be responsible for conducting workshops and training sessions on communication, leadership, time management, and workplace ethics. You will develop interactive modules, activities, and role-play exercises to ensure learner engagement, evaluate participants" soft skills, and provide constructive feedback. Collaboration with HR and training teams to customize sessions based on organizational needs will also be part of your duties. To qualify for this role, you should be a graduate in any discipline, preferably with a background in Psychology, HR, or Communication. Having 0-2 years of experience in corporate or academic soft skills training is preferred.
