Technical Telesales Executive

As a Technical Telesales Executive, your role will involve utilizing inbound and outbound telephone calls to achieve sales targets. You will be responsible for cross-selling or up-selling company products, handling incoming calls, and maintaining accurate records. Additionally, you will liaise with relevant departments to resolve customer complaints. Your key responsibilities will include: - Calling existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase company products and services. - Accurately recording details of customers" purchase orders. - Processing all customer purchases accordingly. - Generating promising leads for the outside sales team. - Managing customer accounts to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. - Developing relationships with customers and using sales scripts to drive sales. - Acquiring in-depth product knowledge to make suitable recommendations. - Meeting or exceeding daily and monthly sales targets consistently.
