Technical Telesales Executive (Female Candidate Only)

As a Technical Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for utilizing inbound and outbound telephone calls to achieve sales targets. Your role will involve cross-selling or up-selling products, assisting with customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate records of calls. Additionally, you will liaise with different departments to resolve customer complaints. Key Responsibilities: - Calling existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase company products and services. - Accurately recording details of customers" purchase orders and processing them accordingly. - Generating promising leads for the outside sales team to pursue. - Managing customer accounts to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. - Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers. - Using sales scripts provided by the company to drive sales and respond to customer rejections. - Developing in-depth knowledge of products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customer needs. - Meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets regarding call volume and sales. Qualifications Required: - Diploma or Degree in Engineering with a diploma in Sales or business management, or an associate's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field is preferred. - Proven experience working as a Technical Telesales Executive. - Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications. - Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills. - Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. - Effective communication and exceptional customer service skills.
