Technical Team Lead / Project Lead – Architecture & Interior Design 📍 Location: Hyderabad, India About the Role We are looking for an experienced Technical Team Lead / Project Lead (Architect / Engineer with interior design technical knowledge) to drive design detailing and execution excellence. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with leadership skills to guide teams and ensure high-quality project delivery across diverse building types. Key Responsibilities Prepare, produce, and submit Detailed Design (DD) and Issue for Construction (IFC) drawings, ensuring accurate capture of design intent. Maintain design quality through strong technical expertise and adherence to company standards. Coordinate across all trades – Architecture, Structure, MEP, Landscape – in alignment with the Head Office (HO) project lead. Collaborate with Design and FF&E teams alongside HO project leadership. Guide and monitor team members to ensure accurate design translation into working drawings. Track productivity, detect gaps, and align workplans with HO project leads. Participate in weekly progress meetings (as required by HO). Review and ensure timely delivery of milestone submissions. Maintain awareness of standard details, company standards, and applicable codes/authority requirements. Qualifications & Skills Education: B.Arch or B.Tech Civil. Experience: 7+ years in technical leadership roles within architecture / interior design. Software Proficiency: Revit/BIM, AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong technical knowledge in detailing and construction documentation. Proven coordination and leadership capabilities. Why Join Us?
