Role Description – Technical Team Lead (Internship):

This is a remote, 6-month internship opportunity for a Technical Team Lead. In this role, you will guide and mentor a team of interns working on MERN stack and Next.js projects. Your responsibilities include providing technical direction, reviewing code, helping team members debug issues, assigning tasks, and ensuring high-quality development output. You will collaborate closely with the core team, participate in technical planning, and support the execution of scalable web solutions. This role is ideal for candidates who have strong foundational technical skills, enjoy leadership, and want hands-on experience managing and guiding a development team in a real-world environment.

Qualifications:

- Solid understanding of MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Next.js, and Node.js (MERN Stack)

- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and responsive UI development

- Experience with Git and GitHub for version control

- Ability to review code, identify issues, and provide clear technical guidance

- Leadership skills with the ability to mentor junior developers and interns

- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Good communication skills in English and Hindi

- Prior project or internship experience in full-stack or frontend development is preferred

- Any academic year or background may apply (students, freshers, job switchers, etc.)

Internship Details:

This is an unpaid internship designed to provide real-world experience in technical leadership, team management, and MERN stack development. No salary or stipend will be provided during the internship period.
