Technical Support Specialist

Role Overview: You should have at least 2 years of experience as a Remote Support Technician or in a similar role. A Bachelor's or Diploma degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent is required. Your responsibilities will include providing technical support as a Remote Support Technician. It is important that you are able to work under pressure, prioritize tasks based on urgency, and have the motivation to learn new skills and technologies. You should have a good understanding of Outlook Installation, Printer Troubleshooting, and troubleshooting processes for Windows and Macintosh. Excellent time-management skills along with great interpersonal and communication skills are essential for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Provide technical support as a Remote Support Technician - Work under pressure and prioritize tasks - Learn new skills and technologies - Troubleshoot Outlook Installation, Printers, Windows, and Macintosh - Manage time effectively - Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills Qualifications Required: - At least 2 years of experience in Technical support - Bachelor's or Diploma degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent - Experience in Remote Support US Process and Voice Process is preferred - Knowledge of Printer sale support - Good understanding of troubleshooting processes Additional Details: The company provides benefits such as food and leave encashment.
