Technical Support Specialist

Role Overview: As a Technical Support Specialist in our team, your main responsibility will be to provide timely ERP support to retailers, troubleshoot technical issues related to databases, and ensure smooth operations. Your expertise in MSSQL databases and your customer-first approach will be crucial in resolving issues effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Provide technical support to retailers using our ERP system. - Troubleshoot functional and technical ERP issues to ensure timely resolution. - Establish and test database connections, including user credentials and network-related troubleshooting. - Diagnose and resolve MSSQL-related issues such as query failures, deadlocks, timeouts, and connectivity errors. - Log, track, and document issues in the ticketing system, escalating when necessary. - Collaborate with internal teams to implement long-term fixes and ensure product stability. - Create and maintain technical documentation and FAQs for recurring issues. - Deliver excellent customer support through clear communication and thorough follow-up until issue closure. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent practical experience). - Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support, ERP support, or database administration. - Strong working knowledge of MSSQL, including queries, indexes, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and logs. - Hands-on experience with database connectivity and network troubleshooting. - Familiarity with ERP or business applications support. - Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently during night shift hours.,
