This is an opportunity for motivated IT professionals who are serious about building a career in Technical Support & Desktop Support. We are looking for candidates with the right skills, dedication, and eagerness to grow with us.📍

Location: Chakan Pune

Experience: 6 months - 2 years Only

💰

Salary: ₹5,000 – ₹10,000 (for freshers with 6+ months) | ₹15,000 Fixed

Immediate joiners preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Provide first-level technical & desktop support for hardware, software, and networking issuesTroubleshoot and resolve OS, MS Office, email configuration, and antivirus-related problemsHandle desktop, laptop, and printer incidents with accuracyEscalate complex issues to L2/L3 support and ensure timely resolutionMaintain proper records of support requests and resolutions

What We’re Looking For:

Hands-on knowledge in desktop support, hardware/software troubleshooting, OS installationBasic networking knowledge (LAN/WAN, IP configuration, connectivity)Strong communication and customer-handling skillsRelevant IT certifications (CCNA, MCP, MCSA, etc.) will be considered an advantageCandidates who are serious about developing a long-term career in IT support
