As an L1 Engineer (Technical & Desktop Support) at our company in Chakan, Pune, you will have the opportunity to grow your career in Technical Support & Desktop Support. We are seeking individuals with the right skills, dedication, and eagerness to progress with us. Immediate joiners are preferred for this role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide first-level technical & desktop support for hardware, software, and networking issues - Troubleshoot and resolve OS, MS Office, email configuration, and antivirus-related problems - Handle desktop, laptop, and printer incidents with accuracy - Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 support and ensure timely resolution - Maintain proper records of support requests and resolutions **What We're Looking For:** - Hands-on knowledge in desktop support, hardware/software troubleshooting, and OS installation - Basic networking knowledge (LAN/WAN, IP configuration, connectivity) - Strong communication and customer-handling skills - Relevant IT certifications (CCNA, MCP, MCSA, etc.) will be considered an advantage - Candidates committed to developing a long-term career in IT support If you are motivated and possess the skills mentioned above, please share your CV via DM or email at apurva.openview.technology@gmail.com.,
