Job Overview

Technical Support Intern

ERP support, implementation, and client training


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide functional support for

    ERP manufacturing and accounts modules

  • Assist in client demos and user training

  • Support ERP customization, testing, and implementation

  • Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related issues

  • Use Excel

    to manage and analyze ERP data
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project delivery


Required Skills

  • Good knowledge of

    Excel

    (formulas, pivot tables; macros are a plus)
  • Basic understanding of

    ERP systems

    (manufacturing / accounts preferred)
  • Good communication skills for client interaction and training
