Job Description

We are looking for a Technical Support Executive with minimum 1 year of experience in handling customer complaints and queries. Their primary role is to ensure that technical problems are resolved efficiently and effectively, leading to customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Interacting and maintaining or developing a strong relationship with clients through various channels like phone, email, or chat.
  • Identifying and resolving technical issues
  • Manage database in an organized manner.
  • Listening & monitoring customer complaints & queries
  • Providing remote assistance to clients and assisting themon product setup and basic usage.
  • Coordinating with field service agents and agencies

Requirements:

  • 1 year of relevant experience
  • Excellent communication skills – Multilingual (Any Language apart from Hindi & English)
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Multi-tasking

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
