Technical Support Executive

You should have hands-on knowledge and experience working with Windows OS, including both Client and Server OS. Additionally, you should be proficient in Active Directory, Azure Administration, and O365 administration. It is essential to have a good understanding of O365 admin portals, administration, and troubleshooting. A basic knowledge of the OSI model, switching, and internet routing technologies is required. You should also possess a basic understanding of network concepts, cloud & virtualization tools, IT infrastructure, and Security. As part of your responsibilities, you will need to assess faults, prioritize, respond, and escalate accordingly. Clear communication skills, both written and verbal, are crucial for this role. You will be required to provide technical support for operational administration, Directory Services, servers, and TCP/IP networks, as well as to end-users to address hardware and software issues promptly and effectively. Ensuring correct comprehension, response time, and resolution of issues/requests/emails is also a key aspect of the job. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of relevant experience and hold a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in any stream. This is a full-time, permanent position with work timings from 9 pm IST to 6 am IST, encompassing a night shift schedule from Monday to Friday. Experience working in a similar role for a total of 2 years is preferred. The work location for this position is in person.,
