DevOps Engineer

As a DevOps Engineer, you will have the opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced startup environment where innovation is key. You will be an integral part of our engineering team, which comprises AI researchers and engineers focused on cutting-edge generative AI technology. Our goal is to create systems that assist and accelerate human workforce activities across various communication channels such as telephony, chat, video, email, and text. By leveraging artificial agents, we aim to enhance customer outcomes in multiple business process areas including customer service, IT support, accounting, human resources, legal services, marketing, and IP legal. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with other engineering teams to develop new features, defining and documenting infrastructure-related processes, setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines, creating and maintaining automated deployment scripts, monitoring and resolving system and application issues, designing cloud infrastructure, optimizing existing cloud systems for performance and cost-efficiency, and ensuring compliance with security and regulatory requirements. To excel in this role, you should possess a degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with at least 4 years of experience working with distributed systems. Strong expertise in AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and Jenkins is essential. You should also have experience in using open-source monitoring, alerting, logging, and scaling tools, as well as automation tools like Ansible and Terraform. Proficiency in OS fundamentals, good communication skills, and knowledge of Python are advantageous. This is a full-time, permanent position with a fixed shift schedule, requiring a total of 3 years of work experience. The work location is on-site in Hyderabad.
