Technical Support Executive

We are seeking a highly organized and technically sound Technical Executive Assistant to the Partner. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background, deep understanding of technical/industrial environments, and the ability to manage the Partner's professional and personal coordination seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

Technical & Business Support

• Act as a technical sounding board for the Partner on engineering, project, and industry-related matters.
• Review and summarize technical documents, tenders, drawings, proposals, presentations, and reports.
• Assist in preparing technical notes, meeting briefs, MOMs, and action trackers.
• Understand industry workflows and ensure smooth technical communication across departments.

Executive & Administrative Support

• Manage the Partner's calendar, appointments, and priorities efficiently.
• Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings and client interactions.
• Prepare presentations, emails, reports, and confidential correspondence on behalf of the Partner.

Travel & Personal Coordination

• Plan and manage domestic and international travel including flights, visas, accommodation, and local logistics.
• Coordinate stay arrangements, and travel comfort.
• Handle personal schedule
• Ensure seamless travel and meeting experiences for the Partner.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong technical foundation in Engineering (Ceramic/ Mech. /Civil).
• Understanding of construction industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of confidentiality, maturity, and professionalism.
• Proficiency in MS Office, presentations, documentation, and email drafting.
• Willingness to travel and support dynamic schedules.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,300.00 - ₹48,700.00 per month
