Responsibilities:
Provide top-notch technical support to customers through various channels, including email, chat, and phoneTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our IoT devices, ensuring prompt and accurate solutionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problemsDocument customer interactions and resolutions in our support systemProactively identify and communicate recurring issues to the product and engineering teams for resolutionStay up-to-date with product knowledge and updates to provide accurate and effective supportAssist in creating and updating support documentation and resources for customersDemonstrate a strong customer-centric attitude and a commitment to resolving issues promptlyMust know o Must know to created hotspots or know limitations on phone hotspot.o Must know to Setup any IOT drive or Alexa.o Must know to do MAC id in wifi troubleshooting 0067.o Must know what is mesh router or wifi extender.Requirements:A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience0-2 years of experience in technical support, preferably with IoT devicesStrong technical background with the ability to quickly grasp complex technical conceptsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalProficiency in using support ticketing systems, with knowledge of Zendesk preferredAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced startup environmentAbility to work remotely with limited supervisionComfortable working night shifts as part of a rotational scheduleA proactive and problem-solving mindset with a dedication to customer satisfactionExceptional attention to detail and organizational skillsFlexible working in US Shift
