Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level technical support via

    calls, chats & emails

    Troubleshoot basic technical issues (

    LMS / Salesforce knowledge is a plus

    )
  • Log, track & resolve tickets within defined

    SLAs

  • Escalate complex issues to

    L2/L3 teams

  • Ensure a

    smooth and satisfying customer support experience.

Requirement:

  • 1-3 years of

    Technical Support experience

  • Strong

    communication skills

    (must-have)
  • Basic technical understanding (

    LMS / Salesforce knowledge is good to have

    )
  • Open to

    permanent night shifts

  • Flexible to work on

    weekends

  • Customer-focused

    with excellent

    problem-solving attitude
