Key Responsibilities:

Manage inbound and outbound calls with international customers (US market)

Identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues related to products, software, or services

Provide clear, step-by-step technical assistance and effective solutions

Accurately record issue details, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in the system

Job Requirements:

Experience: 0.6 to 4 years in International Technical Support / BPO / Customer Service

Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills (mandatory)

Willingness to work night shifts (US timings)
