Role Overview: As a Technical Support Executive, your primary responsibility will be to connect with clients and resolve their queries through various communication channels such as calls and remote desktop support. You will also be tasked with addressing and resolving technical tickets raised by clients to ensure smooth operations. Additionally, you will play a key role in assisting with the design and implementation of software solutions. It will be crucial for you to track user tickets and ensure timely resolutions, as well as coordinate with the development team for any new feature requirements.
