Technical Support Executive

You will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to customers through various channels such as phone, email, or chat. Your tasks will include identifying and diagnosing technical issues reported by customers, resolving technical problems efficiently, assisting customers with software installations and upgrades, and documenting and tracking customer issues in a ticketing system. Furthermore, you will collaborate with other teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues. Key Responsibilities: - Provide technical support and assistance to customers - Identify and diagnose technical issues - Resolve technical problems in a timely manner - Assist customers with software installations and upgrades - Document and track customer issues in a ticketing system - Collaborate with other teams for issue resolution Qualifications Required: - Higher Secondary (12th Pass) preferred Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position suitable for freshers.
