Technical Support Executive

As a Technical Support Specialist at our company, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to customers by resolving technical issues related to software and hardware. Your responsibilities will include: - Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, cash counting machines, and other peripherals. - Performing regular maintenance and servicing of all IT hardware. - Managing installation, updates, and troubleshooting of software, drivers, and operating systems. - Carrying out printer toner refilling, hardware replacement, and preventive maintenance. In addition, you will be expected to provide first-level support for ERP and CRM systems, assist in asset management and relocation, respond to user tickets via helpdesk tools, and support basic network troubleshooting. Qualifications required for this role include: - Diploma/Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. - 1-3 years of experience in technical support or IT infrastructure management. - Strong knowledge of hardware components and troubleshooting techniques. - Basic understanding of ERP/CRM platforms, Windows OS, printers, and office applications. - Good communication skills and the ability to work in shifts.
