Key Responsibilities:

Strong product knowledge and problem-solving skills.
Manage and resolve customer queries related to WhatsApp services efficiently.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer onboarding and support process.
Stay updated with Meta products & Services to provide accurate information.
Maintain customer relationships by offering proactive technical and product support.
Analyze feedback and contribute to improving service delivery processes.
Assist the sales team by delivering comprehensive product demos to potential customers.

Qualification:

2-4 years of experience in SaaS/IT Product Support, IT Sales, or Customer Interaction in a software/technical product environment.
Strong understanding of technical products and the ability to explain them clearly to customers.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and product updates.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with WhatsApp Business API or similar platforms is a plus.
A degree in BCA, BTech, or any IT-related field is an added advantage.
Any other degree with relevant experience can also be acceptable.
The candidate should be Fluent in HINDI
