Job Description

  • Respond to IT queries via phone, email, or chat
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
  • Log and track incidents using ticketing systems
  • Escalate complex problems to higher-level support teams
  • Maintain documentation and update knowledge bases
  • Perform system installations, upgrades, and maintenance
  • Educate users on basic IT practices and security protocols
  • Monitor system alerts and proactively address issues

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • 0.6months3 years of experience in technical support or help desk roles
  • Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS), networks, and common software
  • Proficiency with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira)
